Bolta Managed

It's like hiring a marketer. Except it's a full team.

A strategist, writers, and designers embedded in your business — handling social, blogs, visuals, and publishing, so your company stays visible without you managing any of it.

  • Strategist, writers, and designers assigned to your business
  • Social, blogs, visuals, and publishing — handled
  • You approve the work. We do the rest.
  • Starting at $999/month

What your team handles

Everything your business needs, handled by real people.

Strategy, writing, design, publishing, and the follow-through most businesses never get to — one team, not eight vendors.

Social content

Original, on-brand content written continuously for the channels where your business belongs.

  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • X
  • TikTok
  • Threads
  • Bluesky
  • Pinterest

Blogs & long-form

Articles, blog posts, newsletters, and deeper writing handled by the same team, not bought separately.

  • SEO articles
  • Newsletters
  • WordPress

One idea. More distribution.

Every article, update, and existing piece of work becomes content across multiple channels instead of being published once and forgotten.

  • Adapted per channel

Graphics, images, carousels, and supporting visual content created alongside the posts they belong to.

Publish everywhere

Your team adapts and distributes content across your connected social networks, your blog, and other supported destinations.

  • Written native to each channel, not copy-pasted

Stay part of the conversation

Your team monitors relevant conversations and prepares thoughtful, on-brand replies, so the work doesn't stop the moment something is published.

  • Drafted for you
  • You approve them

Find conversations worth joining

Your team surfaces relevant people, discussions, and buying-intent conversations where your business may have something useful to add.

Nothing is copy-pasted between channels. Each version is written for the place it is going, from the same underlying idea.

What your team produces

One business. A week's worth of real work.

This is the shape of a single week — not a quota, and not one channel wearing nine hats. Every piece here traces back to the same idea.

BlogSource

Long-form article

“How to choose a provider: the five questions that actually matter” — written for search, structured for skimming, published to your site.

LinkedIn

Business post

The argument from the article, made in your voice, in the register your peers and referrers read in.

Instagram

Carousel

Five slides, one question each, branded and laid out — the article turned into something people swipe.

X

Short insight

The single sharpest line from the piece, standing on its own, with the article underneath it.

Threads

Conversational take

The same idea, written the way it would come up in conversation — an opening rather than a broadcast.

Warmer, plainer, aimed at the people who already know you and the ones asking for a recommendation.

Your team

Meet the team assigned to your business.

Six roles cover the work, backed by software that keeps their output consistent — which is why it keeps arriving every week, even the ones you're too busy to notice.

01

Content strategist

Plans what gets said and when, so your calendar is never a blank page.

02

Long-form writer

Writes the deeper work — articles, blog posts, and newsletter content built to be found in search.

03

Repurposing editor

Turns existing work into more content, adapted for the channel it is going to.

04

Community lead

Prepares relevant, on-brand replies to conversations, ready for your review.

05

Discovery lead

Surfaces people and discussions worth paying attention to before they pass by.

06

Performance lead

Reads what worked and feeds it back into what your team plans next.

You never have to manage any of it. Software keeps the team fast and consistent — what you're buying is the team, not the software.

Connected sources

Your work becomes your content.

Bolta turns the things your business is already doing into something worth publishing, so the operation is not inventing a company from scratch every week.

  • A WordPress article

    a full social campaign

  • A product update

founder posts that sound like you

  • A GitHub release

    build-in-public content

  • A document or deck

    social content and a newsletter

  • A Google Drive file

    drafts waiting for your approval

  • A business update

    recurring distribution across channels

The operating loop

It runs continuously, not in monthly batches.

Managed is an operation, not a delivery. The same loop runs every week, and each pass is informed by the one before it.

  1. 01

    Research

What is worth saying right now

  2. 02

    Plan

The calendar, before anything is written

  3. 03

    Create

Posts, articles, and the visuals with them

  4. 04

    Repurpose

    One idea, adapted per channel

  5. 05

    Review

A person checks it, then you approve

  6. 06

    Publish

    Native to each destination

  7. 07

    Measure

    What actually landed

  8. 08

    Improve

Next week is planned around it

And then it starts again.

Every week, informed by the week before it — not a batch delivered on the first of the month.

Oversight

A person leads it. Software just keeps up the pace.

A real person owns strategy, quality, context, and the exceptions no tool handles well. That's who decides what's worth saying — software just helps them say it faster.

A person, not a prompt

Someone who knows your business decides what is worth saying, and checks the work before it reaches you. You are not left alone with an AI content generator.

The volume is handled

Drafting, adapting, formatting, scheduling, publishing, and reporting are done for you — which is why a whole team is affordable at this price.

Context compounds

Your voice, your services, your customers, and what has performed all stay with your team. Every week starts further along than the last.

Control

You stay in control.

Review, edit, approve, or reject content before it goes live. Where a workflow has earned it, you can also let it run automatically — per workflow, and reversible at any time.

Waiting on you

A few minutes a week
  • LinkedIn

What we learned from the last hundred consultations.

  • Blog

The five questions that actually matter before you commit.

  • Instagram

Five slides, one question each — adapted from the article.

Nothing publishes until you say so. Once a workflow has earned your trust, you can let it run on its own.

Why this is different

The same output, without the assembly.

Most businesses end up running a content operation by accident — a few tools, a few people, and someone holding it together. Managed is the same operation, already assembled.

Without Bolta Managed

Eight things to buy, learn, and keep in sync.

  • A freelancer or two
  • An AI writing tool
  • A social scheduler
  • A blog writer
  • A design tool
  • An analytics tool
  • Automation glue between all of it
  • Somebody coordinating everyone

Bolta Managed

One connected content operation.

Which one is right for me?

Two ways to work with Bolta.

Run the software yourself, or have a team run your marketing for you.

Bolta

Self-serve plans

Operate the platform yourself. Connect your channels, hire agents, and publish on your own schedule.

You are here

Bolta Managed

$999/month

A team runs your content for you. You give context and approvals; they do the rest.

Who it's for

Built for businesses that need to stay visible.

If being seen and being useful is how you win work, but nobody has the hours to run it, this is for you.

Practices & wellness businesses

Keep a polished, consistent presence patients can trust — without anyone at the front desk running it.

Consultants & experts

Turn what you know into a steady stream of content, in public, without spending your week writing it.

Founders & small teams

Keep publishing at the level your company deserves while you focus on building it.

Agencies

Deliver more content across client accounts without adding content staff to your payroll.

Local & service businesses

Stay visible where your customers look, without having to become a marketer to do it.

Other content-led businesses

If being visible and useful is how you win work, this is the operation behind it.

I decided to give it a month and see how it goes. Those first 30 days set the difference for my brand and my business. I got so many of my old customers reaching back out — they started booking services they'd never tried before. Anyone with a spa should have this running.

I was skeptical about AI handling our content — our firm has a very specific voice. It nailed it from week one. LinkedIn impressions up 340%, and we closed three new clients from posts alone. It's become our best lead source and we haven't changed a thing.
James R. · Managing Partner · Law Firm
We tried two agencies before this. Both slow, both generic, both gone. Bolta felt different immediately — they understood our market and the buyers we want. Now our listings get traction before the open house even happens.

Official Meta Business Partner

Your content reaches further because we're built into the platform.

As a certified Meta Business Partner, Bolta publishes through the official Instagram and Facebook APIs. Better reach, deeper analytics, and none of the account risk that comes with third-party automation.

Questions

Everything people ask before starting.

What exactly does Bolta Managed handle?

The whole content operation: strategy and planning, social content, blogs and long-form, repurposing, graphics and visuals, publishing across your channels, engagement and discovery where they apply, analytics, and the ongoing improvement that comes out of them. A real person oversees it, and you approve what goes live.

Is Bolta Managed just social media posting?

No. Social content is one part of it. Managed also covers blogs and long-form, repurposing one idea across channels, the visuals that go with the content, publishing, performance analytics, and the planning that all of it feeds. If you only need posts scheduled, our self-serve plans are a better fit.

Can you create blogs and long-form content too?

Yes. Articles, blog posts, and newsletter content are created as part of the same operation as your social content, which is what lets one idea show up properly in both places. We publish to WordPress directly where that is how your site is built.

Can you repurpose content I already have?

That is one of the main things Managed does. An article, a product update, a document, a release, or an existing piece of work becomes content adapted for each channel it belongs on, rather than the same text pasted everywhere.

Which platforms can Bolta publish to?

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, and Bluesky, plus your blog and newsletter. We set up the destinations that matter for your business rather than capping you at a number of channels.

Who actually does the work?

A team assigned to your account — a strategist, writers, and designers — backed by Bolta's own software so the work keeps arriving every week and not just in month one. You're paying for the team; the software is what makes that team fast enough to be worth $999/month.

Can Bolta help with replies and engagement?

Yes, as part of the operation. Your team monitors relevant conversations and prepares thoughtful, on-brand replies for review. It's best thought of as keeping you present in conversations, not as full-time community management or a person sitting in your inbox all day.

Can Bolta find conversations worth joining?

Your team surfaces relevant people, discussions, and buying-intent conversations where your business may have something useful to add. What that is worth depends entirely on your market, so we do not promise leads or revenue from it — and a full outbound sales programme is a separate conversation, not part of the standard service.

Do I approve content before it goes live?

Yes. Review, edit, approve, or reject anything in one place. It takes a few minutes a week, and nothing reaches your audience without your say-so.

Can some workflows run automatically?

Where you want them to. Once a particular workflow has earned your trust, you can let it publish on its own and keep approvals on everything else. It is your call, per workflow, and it can change at any time.

Do I have to use any software myself?

No. Your team runs everything. All we need from you is context at the start and approvals as content comes through. You can log in and look at everything whenever you like, but you never have to operate it.

How does analytics actually improve my content?

Performance is not a dashboard you are handed and left with. What lands and what does not feeds back into what gets planned and created next, so the operation adjusts to your audience over time rather than repeating the same content forever.

What does Bolta Managed cost?

$999/month, flat. That covers the whole operation — strategy, content, blogs, visuals, publishing, human oversight, approvals, analytics, and the ongoing improvement — for one business and its normal ongoing content needs. No hourly billing and no per-post charges.

Is there a post limit?

Managed is sold as an ongoing content operation rather than a fixed bundle of posts, so there is no quota to run down. The service is built around the normal needs of one business. Multi-brand, multi-location, unusually complex production, or larger-scale operations may use a custom plan.

How is this different from hiring an agency or a freelancer?

It's the same idea — a team handling your marketing — without the agency overhead or the single freelancer's bandwidth ceiling. One flat price covers strategy, content, blogs, visuals, publishing, and analytics together, with our own software doing the coordinating so nothing falls between two people's desks.
