Bolta Managed for consultants

You know you should be posting. We handle it.

Bolta runs your content operation — posts, articles, and newsletters written from your calls, notes, and frameworks — so your ideas keep showing up without turning you into a full-time creator.

Ready for you
  • Opinion from a callLinkedIn

“Most “strategy problems” I get called into are org design problems wearing a costume. Three signs you are about to solve the wrong one.”

  • FrameworkLinkedIn

“I ask the same four questions in every diagnostic. The questions matter less than the order — here they are, and here is why the order is load-bearing.”

  • Case study lessonLinkedIn

“We cut a client from eleven dashboards to two. Usage went up. Nine months later, nobody has asked for the other nine back.”

What we'd keep moving

What we'd publish for you.

The shapes that work for advisory work — and it is your name on all of them.

How it runs
  1. 01

    Plan

We decide what is worth saying, before anything is written.

  2. 02

    Create

Posts, articles, and the visuals that go with them.

  3. 03

    Repurpose

One idea, adapted for every channel it belongs on.

  4. 04

    Publish

You approve, then it goes out on schedule.

  5. 05

    Improve

What performed decides what gets planned next.

What it's built from

Your frameworks, written down

The models you use in every engagement, published once properly instead of redrawn on a whiteboard forever.

Opinions from real client work

The pattern you keep seeing this quarter, said publicly — which is the content that actually generates inbound.

It has to sound like you

We build a voice profile from writing you have already done, and every edit you make sharpens it. Generic is a failure state here.

Oversight

A person leads it. Software just keeps up the pace.

A real person owns strategy, quality, context, and the exceptions no tool handles well. That's who decides what's worth saying — software just helps them say it faster.

01

A person, not a prompt

Someone who knows your business decides what is worth saying, and checks the work before it reaches you. You are not left alone with an AI content generator.

02

The volume is handled

Drafting, adapting, formatting, scheduling, publishing, and reporting are done for you — which is why a whole team is affordable at this price.

03

Context compounds

Your voice, your services, your customers, and what has performed all stay with your team. Every week starts further along than the last.

Control

You stay in control.

Review, edit, approve, or reject content before it goes live. Where a workflow has earned it, you can also let it run automatically — per workflow, and reversible at any time.

Nothing publishes until you say so. Once a workflow has earned your trust, you can let it run on its own.

Your team

Meet the team assigned to your business.

Six roles cover the work, backed by software that keeps their output consistent — which is why it keeps arriving every week, even the ones you're too busy to notice.

  1. 01

    Content strategist

Plans what gets said and when, so your calendar is never a blank page.

  2. 02

    Long-form writer

Writes the deeper work — articles, blog posts, and newsletter content built to be found in search.

  3. 03

    Repurposing editor

Turns existing work into more content, adapted for the channel it is going to.

  4. 04

    Community lead

Prepares relevant, on-brand replies to conversations, ready for your review.

  5. 05

    Discovery lead

Surfaces people and discussions worth paying attention to before they pass by.

  6. 06

    Performance lead

Reads what worked and feeds it back into what your team plans next.

You never have to manage any of it. Software keeps the team fast and consistent — what you're buying is the team, not the software.

Questions

Before you book a call.

Will the posts actually sound like me?

That is the part we spend the most time on. We start from writing you have already done — past posts, essays, proposals, even a long voice note — and build a voice profile from it. Then every edit you make feeds back in. If a draft does not sound like you, reject it and tell us why; that is the fastest way to sharpen it.

Where do the ideas come from, and do I have to write anything?

From you, with as little effort as possible: a voice note after a call, a two-line message, or a document. In setup we also capture your frameworks and standing opinions, which usually covers months on its own. If you send us nothing in a given week, we still publish.

Can you turn client calls or notes into posts?

Yes. Send us notes, a summary, or a recording you are allowed to share, and we pull the point out and write from it. Never anything client-identifying unless you explicitly clear it.

Do I have to use the software myself?

No. We run it for you. All we need is context at the start and approvals as content comes through. You can log in and look around whenever you want.

Is there a post limit?

No. Managed is sold as an ongoing content operation rather than a fixed bundle of posts, at $999/month flat. It is built around the normal needs of one business — larger or unusually complex operations use a custom plan.
