What makes Tuesday different on Instagram
Tuesday behaves like the reference weekday. The weekend backlog has cleared, routines have re-formed, and the pattern of short in-between sessions that Instagram depends on is at its most regular — which makes Tuesday the easiest day to read when you are testing a slot, because there is less week-position noise in the result.
Its one real distinction is competition. Tuesday is the default that scheduling tools, agency calendars and content templates all converge on, so the volume of business content published into feeds is near its weekly peak. You get a reliable audience and you pay for it with a busier feed.
