How to Use Bolta’s Bulk Content Feature

Step 1: Navigate to the Calendar and Open Bulk Content

  1. Log into your Bolta account and go to the Calendar View in the Content Tab.
  2. Click on Generate Content, and a pop-up will appear with all the settings you need to customize your content creation.

Step 2: Customize Your Settings

  1. Pick the Essentials:
  • Sentiment: Choose whether you want your posts to be positive, neutral, or something else.
  • Topics: Select the topics you want your posts to cover.
  • Use of Hashtags and Emojis: Decide if hashtags and emojis should be included to spice things up.
  1. Explore Advanced Settings:
  • Language Preference: Post in the language your audience loves.
  • Call-to-Action (CTA): Add CTAs like "Comment below!" or "Tag a friend!"
  • Thread Size and Content Length: Define the average thread size and post length to match your style.
  • Number of Posts: Specify how many posts you’d like to create in one go.
  1. Input Text for Context:
  • Add a brief description to help the AI understand your goals. For example: “I’m a podcast writer creating posts about the top trends to watch in 2025.”

Step 3: Use the "Train My Data" Option (Optional but Powerful!)

  1. What It Does: This feature analyzes your existing Threads posts to create personalized content that matches your unique style and voice.
  2. How to Use It:
  • Check the "Train My Data" box to enable this feature.
  • Bolta will analyze your Threads API data to tailor the content for you.

  • This process may take 1–2 minutes, so be patient.
  • Your data remains confidential and is only used for training.
  1. Proceed or Cancel: Once you’re ready, hit Proceed to generate your posts or Cancel if you want to tweak your settings.

Step 4: Schedule in Bulk

  1. Review the generated content to make any final edits.
  2. Use the Best Time to Post feature for maximum reach, or manually select specific dates and times.
  3. Hit Schedule All, and you’re done! Bolta will take care of the rest.
