We are hiring a lead installer, and I would rather describe the job than sell it. Start is six-thirty at the yard, not on site. Travel radius is about forty minutes, and roughly one week a month is farther than that. Summer is hot and the schedule is heavy from April to October. What is good: the pay band is posted below, we supply the tools, and we have not sent a crew home early for weather without paying since 2023 because it wrecked our retention and we could not afford to keep losing people. If that is the kind of company you want to work for, message me directly.
Why it works: Naming the grind first is what makes the good parts believable, and it filters out the hires who would leave in six weeks.
