Train an AI brand voice on your own writing so every draft sounds like you, not like a chatbot. From $19/mo — every post waits for your approval.

## Summary

Bolta builds a voice profile from writing you have already published, then writes every draft through it. You review the drafts; the profile gets sharper each time you edit one.

## Who this is for

- Founders
- Creators
- Marketing teams
- Agencies

## Problems addressed

- Generic AI copy is worse than no copy: The tell is always the same: tidy three-part structures, hedged opinions, and a closing question nobody asked. Your audience recognises it instantly, and it costs you more credibility than posting nothing would.
- Your voice lives in your head, not in a brief: Most brand voice documents are three adjectives and a colour palette. That is not enough for anyone — human or model — to write a post that sounds like you on a Tuesday.
- Every new writer resets the clock: A freelancer, a new hire, or a new tool means re-explaining the same preferences. The knowledge never accumulates anywhere durable.
- Consistency across platforms is manual work: The same idea has to read like you on LinkedIn and like you on X — two very different formats, one recognisable person behind them.

## Core capabilities

- Voice profiles trained on your writing: Point Bolta at posts you have already published, or paste writing samples in. It extracts the patterns that actually distinguish you — sentence length, how you open, what you refuse to say — and stores them as a reusable voice profile.
- Business DNA as brand context: Voice is only half of it. Business DNA holds what you sell, who you sell it to, and the claims you are allowed to make, so drafts stay accurate as well as on-tone.
- Learns from every approval decision: Approve, edit, or reject in the Approve tab and Bolta captures the signal. Your edits are the training data — the profile gets closer to you the more you use it.
- One voice, every platform: The same profile drives drafts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Reddit, Bluesky, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, adapted to each format without losing the person behind them.
- Multiple voices per workspace: Run a founder voice and a company voice side by side, or one per client. Each agent job points at the voice profile it should write through.

## Limitations and boundaries

- Generated content can be incorrect and should be reviewed before publication.
- Availability depends on the current Bolta plan, connected network, account permissions, and integration coverage.
- Current prices and plan limits must be verified on the Bolta pricing page.

## How does Bolta learn my brand voice?

You give it writing you have already published — posts, newsletters, or pasted samples — and Bolta builds a voice profile from the patterns in it. Business DNA adds the factual context about your company. Every draft is then written through both.

## Does the voice profile get better over time?

The voice profile improves every time you review a draft. Approving, editing, or rejecting a post in Bolta's Approve tab captures that decision, and your edits carry the most weight because they show precisely which sentence missed. Bolta compiles those signals into exemplars and do-not-say rules that the writer reads on the next run.

## Can I have more than one brand voice?

Bolta supports multiple voice profiles on one account. Agencies typically keep one per client, and founders often run a personal voice alongside a company voice so the LinkedIn posts and the brand account never sound identical. Each agent job points at the profile it should write through, so the two never bleed into each other.

## Will Bolta post in my voice without me seeing it first?

Nothing publishes unattended unless you turn autopublish on for that job. By default every generated post waits in your approval inbox until you approve, edit, or reject it. A voice profile only changes how a draft reads, never whether that draft goes live, and it never grants publishing permission on its own.

## How much writing do I need to give it?

Five to ten representative posts are enough to start, because Bolta needs range more than volume. Include a teaching post, an opinion post, and something you wrote in two minutes. The profile sharpens as you review drafts, so the fastest way to improve it is to publish through it and edit whatever comes back wrong.
